I hope you are understand How to create contact form. When your contact form will be ready, you will see send option in right side top corner. Click on it and then click on html edit option. Copy code and, Let's go on your blogger. Sign in to your blogger; then go to pages. Create a new page. Give a title of new Page Like as this Contact Us. Edit page in HTML and paste here code you copied. Then click on publish. That's set.
